Teacher Candy Bouquet

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here, and I'm excited to share another Miss Kate Cuttables project with you!   First, I want to make sure you grab the freebie of the day:

Don't forget to head on over to Miss Kate Cuttables to download it for free TODAY ONLY!

And now, onto my project!

The school year has ended for us (whew!), but we couldn't leave for the summer without thanking our teachers for all that they've done!  We had 4 teachers, plus we also wanted to make something for the support staff.  We didn't want being on a tight budget to mean we couldn't give something cute and yummy!  Here's what we did:

*snack size candy bars, and mints
*bbq skewers
*bucket (a couple of years ago from the Target Dollar section)
*tissue paper, or shredding
*tulle

*I hot glued the candies onto bbq skewers.  I was careful to put the hot glue in spots that wouldn't melt the candy!

*These school themed cuts were so stinkin' cute!!  They were also super easy to put together.  This eraser was only 2 layers.

*I didn't use all the layers that come with this apple, but it was still adorable!

*I loved that this notebook came with the blank space in the middle.  It made it perfect to use a Peachy Keen face :)

*Close-up of the pencil.

I hope you enjoyed my project!  All the teachers loved their buckets of deliciousness!!  We gave one to the people in the front office, and also one for the people in the back.  Didn't want to forget the lunch lady, and janitor!

I'd love to see some of you try try this and share it on the Miss Kate Cuttables Facebook page HERE, or on my Facebook page HERE.  TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :)
