Wedding Shadowbox

Hello it's Amy and today is my turn to share on the blog.
Before we check out the project just a reminder to grab the Freebie of the Week!

I made a wedding invitation shadowbox for my project.

I put a patterned paper as my background. I then cut the Decorative Square SVG.

I used the offset on my Cameo to create a background. Then I offset it again.
I added foam core under both shapes to add dimension.

I then added foam core under the invite and finished off with some embellishments.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Guest Designer- Sladjana Perisic

This is Sladjana from Creative Pixie Designs and I’m so super excited to be a guest designer for Miss Kate Cuttables this week. I am a huge fan of Miss Kate’s SVG files and chose to work with two of those files for my Easter inspired project today. The adorable little chick is in the file titled Chic in Easter Basket and the sun is from a file titled Cute Sun and Clouds, both of which I choose to print then cut with my Cricut Explorer.
I used a stitched rectangle die to cut the background paper and a grassy hillside border die for the grass. Both of the patterned papers for this card are by Doodlebug Designs from the Kitten Smitten Collection. To finish off my card, I added some foam tape to the back of my focal point images and stamped the sentiment with black Versafine ink. Thanks so much for stopping by……sprinkle a little creativity on your day!

Jen's Crafty Place with a Pop Up Birthday Card

Jenny from Jen's Crafty Place here to make a quick pop up card with Miss Kate Cuttables. I decided on making a mouse card for someone who loves going to Disney. I love the simple pop up element I used in this card.

Before we get into the instructions on making this card, click HERE to get your daily freebie at Miss Kate Cuttables!!

I used a couple of Miss Kate files: Mouse Uppercase Alphabet and Mouse Balloons. I did a print and cut with the Mouse Balloons and cut out several balloons. I then went to THIS website to make my pop up element. I used a normal A2card base and inserted the pop up element in the center. I then covered the panels of the inside of the card with some yellow mouse paper I took out of a Disney scrapbooking pack.

I added the balloons I cut out to the pop up element and then went back to my Cameo 3 to cut some letters. I used the Mouse Uppercase Alphabet to type out "Happy Birthday". I then added the sentiment to the inside of my card.

I then use some more goodies from my Disney scrapbooking pack and decorated the front of my card and I was done!! Thanks for stopping by!!
